Sonneblom is a dedicated estate management company and part of Sunshine Samui Group. What started as a family business in 2008 has grown into a network of specialized companies employing over 100 staff across the island.

In 2024, we took over the estate management of one of Koh Samui's most prestigious developments in Plai Leam, followed in 2025 by another estate in Lipa Noi — bringing a combined 47 villas under our estate services. In addition to this we have long standing landscaping and pool contracts with 3 large 5-star hotel estates.
