Sonneblom is a dedicated estate management company and part of Sunshine Samui Group. What started as a family business in 2008 has grown into a network of specialised companies employing over 100 full-time staff across Koh Samui.
In 2024, we took over the estate management of one of Koh Samui's most prestigious developments in Plai Leam, followed in 2025 by a stunning beachfront estate in Lipa Noi — bringing a combined 47 villas under our estate management services. We also hold long-standing landscaping and pool maintenance contracts with 3 large 5-star hotel estates across the island.
